I try to reach Pegasus airlines but no one Answered my calls. Also I request refund in online in the website I open the claim that Pegasus not answering the phone calls not even the emails my trip was canceled back in December 2020 because of Covid and I received email saying that I will get my full refund been eight weeks now Since that I did not receive my refund and been two weeks now cant reach Pegasus

Stolen luggage

I had a big problem with Pegasus's gate staff this morning. They wouldn't allow me to take my food bag on the plane. Unfortunately it has most of my clothes in it, and the arrogant staff suggested that I throw it away! I told him that he was infringing my human rights, and he threatened me with police!Angry I was forced (by him) to leave my bag at the gateavoia and I don't think they put it in the hold (I only got one ticket, for my laptop bag) I intend to sue Pegasus, either in the UK, or if they don't have a UK legal entity, in Turkey.

Hello I am right now stranded in Amman airport, because thanks to your good organization, my flight was cancelled, and i did not get any emails informing me about it. Now i have been in the airport in Amman since 00:00 18/9/2020 because the country goes to lockdown at 1:00. And now i am stranded with no way to go to a hotel to get a night sleep with my back problems. There are no numbers answering for pegasus, and there are no representatives for Pegasus at Queen Alia International Airport. This is absolutely a disgrace to all services and to all airlines. How can you possibly be a bit professional if you let your clients stranded in airports because you let them book a fake ticket through YOUR OWN website. I blame pegasus for my distress, anxiety feeling and physical pain through this whole horrible experience. I demand a compensation and not a small one for my troubles, and it is well deserved. This is absolute negligence on your part.

I cancelled my flight from Dubai to Lefkosa due to Pegasus cancelling the Istanbul to Lefkosa sector of the flight. I had a fully-refundable 'business' ticket. When I cancelled, they advised that I would receive my refund "2 months after restrictions have been lifted". I understand that airlines do not have cash flow right now but keeping customers money for a fully-refundable ticket that is now cancelled, is illegal and terrible terrible customer service. I do not recommend Pegasus to anyone and will never ever consider this airline again. Really really bad behavior Pegasus!

Baggage hold info

Just Spock to a man Called Sally who was huffing and puffing would not give me over to somebody else also would not give me to a manager to speak to I am deaf and he was getting very stroppy with me I am trying to talk to somebody and he would not help told me to call back and get someone else very bad customer service

I lost my bags 1 in Amman Jordan and I have never heard anything about it, then I travel back to Istanbul and I had connection flight through Ankara and I have never got my 2bags when I arrived to Istanbul Trying to contact the airline no one answer me Now I am home in Canada and I never got phone call to let me me know Where is my bags plus the humiliation you receive from the airline employee Its the worst airline
